Steel structures

Based on steel

It is difficult to imagine today’s construction industry without steel structures.  The fact that they are durable and can be formed in any way makes them a material that is almost irreplaceable nowadays, which is not likely to change anyhow in the near future

In construction, S235 and S355 are the most commonly used types of black steel. The material’s price to strength ratio is in favor of S355. However, you should remember that the S355 steel is more difficult to process than the S235, and under no circumstances should steel be processed by plants that do not have the appropriate quality certificates.

Our company designs and manufactures structures based on the EN 1090 standard. We have a certificate that confirms the highest standard of our services, provided in accordance with the regulations..

Stainless steel and aluminum

As welding techniques evolve, structures made of “white” steel become more and more common.  Stainless steel is used mainly in industrial facilities, where corrosion resistance and durability comparable to black steel are important. Aluminum is frequently used for structural applications.  As it has very good resistance to adverse weather conditions, aluminum can be successfully used for elevation parts, as shown in the picture on the right.  A number of containers are made of aluminum too.

Designing

Everyone involved in the construction process knows how important the design stage is.  Unfortunately, it still happens that if you save on the costs of implementing a project, this has an negative impact on the implementation. We have already analyzed and corrected a number of defective projects. In this case, an uneconomically dimensioned structure is the slightest problem.  It is much worse if the boundary conditions, which are often found in reinforcement and reconstruction projects, are adapted incorrectly.
