Where we are
For this moment, our company is located in Debska Wola, Morawica. We are certificated to manufacture structures from black steel, aluminum and stainless steel in EXC3 class, in accordance with PN EN 1090.
4.0 industry
By using modern welding robots, we are fully compatible with 4.0 industry evolution.
Our potential
In our plant, there are six welders and eight locksmiths. They are supervised by the plant manager and the welding engineer. Welders are supported by welding robot.
By using CNC tables with a 160 A source, we are able to cut 40 mm thick sheets numerically.
We mainly use double-pulsed semi-automatic welding machines for welding aluminum. We also use TIG welders, if high-quality work is required.
For cutting commercial elements, we use a laser-guided gantry saw. Thanks to all these machines, we are able to maximize efficiency and offer products of the highest quality. The maximum size of a section that has been cut in this way is even HEA 600.
Production process
Firstly, we always familiarize ourselves with the project and its specification. Then we make sure that we have the appropriate WPQR welding qualifications. Next, the engineer develops the WPS to be introduced to the plant staff.
The work is divided into several stages where each participant is responsible for their own part
As each stage is identified and entrusted to several people, we achieve an error rate of less than 1%.
